Electronics & Electrostatics¶
Trap electrodes, PCB, and the electrostatic field studies behind them —
previously scattered across v0/electrodes, v1/electrostatics,
v1/kicad, and a standalone electrostatics_conductor_island/ study, now
consolidated here since they're one coherent subsystem (the device's
electrical/trapping side, as distinct from its photonic side).
- V0 trap electrodes — early electrode GDS + design notebook.
- V1 electrostatics (capacitor) — scikit-fem capacitor electrostatics notebook for the v1 electrode stack.
- V1 PCB (KiCad) — PCBv4 KiCad project for the v1 electronics.
- Conductor-island E-field study — finite-element E-field study around a conductor island: field lineouts, potential comparison, edge charge density.
- V3 Stark-tuning electrostatics — 2D FEM for the Gen 3 silver-mirror molecule site: dE/dV = -2.08e4 V/m per volt at the molecule from the in-plane drive electrodes.
This subsystem is used by Gen 0, Gen 1, and Gen 3 device architectures.
